Job Description Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Channel Account Manager at our Maheu plant in Zambia which is the leading and only Coca – Cola producer in Zambia. This position reports into to the Key Accounts and Trade Marketing Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for Identifying key customer grouping that could potentially form part of key accounts and jointly developing key account customer plans and ensure tactical execution. He / she will be responsible for growing Key Account and Alternative Beverage Volume and Value in particular regions by building effective relationship with Key Account customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Developing Stills Matrix.
Sales Analysis and Reporting.
Oversee revenue growth management initiatives.
Oversee customer relationships and engagements.
Manage regional adherence to Supply Chain causals.
Manage diverse high calibre team and jointly develop key account customer plans and ensure tactical execution.
Skills, Experience & Education Degree in any commercial field.
Minimum of 5-7 Years relevant experience.
Proven track record in Sales – including a Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs.

Job Description Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Key Account Sales Representative at our Maheu plant in Zambia which is the leading and only Coca – Cola producer in Zambia. This position reports into to the Channel Account Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for managing volume and revenue growth through Identified growth and profit opportunities and also executing customer business plan against business deliverables. He / she will be responsible for setting up promotional grid by pack and category and also Manage promotional spend within the promotional framework and annual budgetary requirement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Problem solving and conflict handling/resolution
Negotiates permanent, promotional and ad hoc space with customer.
Executes quarterly (or as per agreement) business reviews by customer.
Attends frequent trade visits to customer stores with relevant regional personnel
Understand pack margin and pack role per customer in order to optimise revenue growth.
Utilise market research and analysis such as Nielsen, loyalty data etc to formulate programmes and feedback to customer.
Skills, Experience & Education Marketing or equivalent Degree
5 years sales experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager or equivalent FMCG experience

Job Description

Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Regional Sales Manager at our Maheu plant in Zambia which is the leading and only Coca – Cola producer in Zambia. This position reports directly into the Commercial Director. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring & reviewing the Sales & Marketing performance, guide, and support & coach the sales team. He / she will also be responsible for developing and embedding the sales force effectiveness and automation capabilities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Drive Sales Execution across all GT channels
Ensure P&L ownership and accountability within each district.
Ensure profit and performance delivery of the district as per the plans.
Ensure that the sales force effectively manage the 3rd party Distributors.
Identifies competitor activities, develops and implements response tactics
Develop, implement and manage account specific programmes, promotions and packs as required.
Ensure RED management – systems, tracking, contractor SLA management, and non-conformance management.
Manage sales resource planning, merchandising management, REDMART (POS storage, picking & delivery).

Skills, Experience & Education

5 year Sales/ Marketing or equivalent Degree
Post matric sales and marketing qualification.
Ideally a minimum of 5 years previous sales experience or equivalent FMCG experience
