Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia requires the services of a Team Leader – Utilities reporting to the Production Manager. The Team Leader – Utilities will be required to ensure that the line is always available for production and then produces at the rated speed and perfect quality with minimal waste through optimum maintenance executionmaintenance execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure quality services is delivered to packaging department and plant operations
• Maintenance of assets in Utility environment.
• Ensure efficiency, team motivation & safety
• Ensure management of budget/Finance
• Ensure safety & Healthy awareness programs/Tool Box Talk is done
• Ensure compliance to Permit work where required with Audit compliance

• Drive continuous improvement
• Identify the potential for cost saving
• Customer focused, energetic, effective problem solving
• Team player, analytical & outstanding interpersonal ability

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12, O level with 5 credits or better
• Degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized institution
• 3 years’ work experience in engineering support Manufacturing Operations (FMCG)
• In depth knowledge in Utilities and packaging process
• Computer literate & good communication skills
