Screen Print Technician

ProLearn Technology has an immediate opening for a Screen Print Technician.

We need someone with experience in coating, exposing & burning screens for screen printing is essential with screen printing experience an added bonus. This position requires a highly motivated individual with ability to adapt to different project requirements, a great communicator and flexibility to work both individually and within a small team. This position requires a minimum of 1-year previous screen printing experience and superb attention to detail.

Primary Duties:

• Planning Screen Print Mesh Needs for Upcoming Jobs
• Coating Screens for Printing
• Pre-Press Art Separations
• Screen Exposure & Preparation
• Registering Films in Pre-Press
• Communicating Between Customer Service and Production Staff
• Screen Reclamation as Needed
• Quality Control to Achieve High Standards for Production

Production Duties:

• Mixing Inks
• Assisting Screen Print Staff
• Order setup & takedown
• Achieving Print Quality Standards
