Qualifications in Agriculture from NRDC OR any recognized university:

• Not less than 3 years professional experience in a similar position
• Proficient and excellent understanding of filed such as
• Farming various crops
• Animal husbandry
• Poultry
• Fish farming
• Excellent problems – solving, analytical and critical thinking skill
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work extra hours as required

Job responsibilities:

• Understanding practical activities like feeding and /or preparing pasture for livestocks, fish and pig.
• Monitor animals’ health and welfare, including liaising and vets.
• Having knowledge of pests/diseases and understanding how they spread and as well as how to treat them
• Transformation the farm into a profitable venture
• Reasonable for keeping workers on task and ensuring alI activities are properly done.
