Dynamax Distribution Ltd Needs Sales Supervisor

Dynamax Distribution Ltd in Lusaka is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to

take on the position of Sales Supervisor. This individual will be in charge of the sales

team responsible for servicing our INDEPENDENT customers.

Basic activities and responsibilities

• Effectiveness and efficiency of servicing the modern independents trade channel
• Organizes and coordinates sales activities in order to achieve the company’s sales
• targets and objectives.
• Prepare CALL CYCLES and Sales Rep TERRITORIES to maximize customer service
• and operational efficiency.
• Ensure systems and procedures are efficient and effective for order capturing,
• processing and delivery.
• Understand the customers and their payment history in order to determine
• CREDIT LIMITS per customer. Where CREDIT is given, payment collection must be
• efficiently managed.
• Keep pace with technology and advances to utilise appropriate and affordable
• technology to improve performance and efficiency.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Sales Team work in harmony with the rest of the
• DYNAMAX family for a seamless operation.
• Responsible for the resources of the companies entrusted to use you.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma
• Computer Literate
• Clean Driver’s licence – Class B
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Leadership skills and strong work ethic
• Sales and Management experience essential – Atleast TWO years in modern retail
• trade.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly by road throughout Zambia.
