Job Description

AW Media is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our creative team. The work will focus on organic social media content for different accounts across multiple social media platforms. The individual in this role gets to flex their creative muscle while grounding their ideas in a results-based approach. At AW Media, you can make a meaningful and tangible impact on our client-facing brand, and grow your content creation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create daily content for our client’s social media accounts.
• Focus on increasing organic engagement with the audience, all while following proper brand guidelines and grammar.
• Work with the Content Manager on developing messaging strategies and organic social content campaigns
• Be willing to improve with analytics and feedback to create better content
• Work with our graphic design and video team to design brand-appropriate social media content

Key Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent
•  Results-driven: you should get excited about what the analytics can tell us about our online performance
• Eager to brainstorm (and even more eager to execute your ideas)
  A strong copywriter: you should care if a comma is out of place and be diligent about referencing brand guidelines for proper brand spelling and grammar
• Able to multitask and properly prioritize under minimal supervision: things move quickly around here, and that should energize you!
