Job Purpose
- To manage all Non-source point collection mechanisms including Direct Debits, Mobile Money, Cheque Payments, External Debt Collectors and E-commerce Platforms
- To be the Liaison officer between third party stakeholders in facilitation of electronic channel collections including commercial Banks, Telcos, Aggregators and Regulators.
- Responsible for the innovation and implementation of efficient electronic channels to aid collections
- To identify new opportunities and market capabilities to enhance collections at the lowest cost possible.
- To ensure reconciliations and receipting for collections is timely, complete and up to date
- Experience in Banking Sector Operations
- A minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong background in reconciliation and manipulation of voluminous data.
- Sound knowledge of existing payment and collections products in local market
- Proven record of working with relevant payment and collection systems
Education Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent
- Fluent written & spoken English
