Duties
- Ensure that all food preparations meet standards
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy
- Comply with health and safety standard
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Check fleshiness of food in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in food production or diploma
- More than three years work experience as a chef
- Good interpersonal skills
