Sherbourne Hotels invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions.

Duties

  • Ensure that all food preparations meet standards
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy
  • Comply with health and safety standard
  • Maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • Check fleshiness of food in the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Certificate in food production or diploma
  • More than three years work experience as a chef
  • Good interpersonal skills
