HEAD CHEF NEEDED AT SHERBOURNE HOTELS

Head Chef 

Sherbourne Hotels invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions.

Duties

  • make sure that all the food coming out of the kitchen are of high standard
  • making sure that the kitchen is kept clean at all time
  • supervise all chefs and porters in the kitchen
  • menu planning
  • comply with sanitation regulations and covid-19 safety standards
  • maintain inventory of food and supplies
  • report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
  • check fleshiness of food and ingredients

Qualifications

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in food production
  • More than 5 years work experience as a head chef
  • Good interpersonal skills
