Sherbourne Hotels invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions.

Duties

• Taking orders from the clients
• Process clients payments
• Making sure that the restaurant and the bar areas are clean at all time
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaint
• Give customer suggestions for food and drinks and telling them about any special menu items
• Clean tables after clients have finish their meals / drinks

Qualifications

• Full grade 12 certificate
• Certificate or diploma in general hospitality
• More than 3 years work experience as a waiter
