With floor care experts, pest control officers, sanitary officers and a cleaning team of over 200 this team operates nationally. Since their inception the company has continued to grow and now offers its services nationally. With offices in Lusaka and the Copperbelt, Rumphi Enterprises can train and dispatch cleaning personnel to any part of the country
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly and monthly reports;
- Client Rentation
- Perform other sales administration duties
- Ensure all telephone calls, and emails based enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally
- Respond to customer queries
- Handle all sales
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Supporting with general operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of five (5) Credits which must include mathematics and English.
- Certificate in Marketing
- A degree in Marketing and Sales will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Sales and Marketing in a reputable organisation
- Clean drivers license
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- A mature Zambian citizen
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
