Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Registered member of Quantity Surveying Institute of Zambia
• At least 7 years experience
• Good Communication and writing skills
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project

Key Responsibilities include and not limited to:

• To prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for Tenders and Contracts
• Prepare claims/reports for different on-going sites
• To monitor material use for different projects
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials,time and Labours costs
