Scorpion Motorways is seeking motivated, dynamic, and energetic individuals who will provide professional efficient and effective services as On-board Bus Hosts (Conductors).
Responsibilities
- Supervision of all luggage loading and offloading duties.
- Ensure safety of passengers at all times.
- Assist driver in conducting pre and post trip vehicle checks and reporting appropriately
- Ensure maintenance, timely service and cleanliness of designated bus.
- Maintain great customer service and positive attitude towards customers
Requirements
This job is open to applicants with the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of a grade twelve school certificate or better.
- Good spoken and written English .
- Good literacy levels – able to read and write.
- Good previous record as a Host or experience in customer service is a plus.
- Experience of extensive up-country travel with good knowledge of local routes.
- Proven ability as team player with good and traceable customer service record.
- Self-motivated, courteous, and humble individual.
