Human Resources Officer
- Full grade twelve (12) certificate
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institution
Experience:
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Relevant traceable experience of not less than 2 (two) years in the position applied for
- Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling the entire process of recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding
- Handling of grievances and disciplinary matters
- Managing Separations
- Leave management
- Managing of appointments, salary adjustments, transfers, etc
- Interpretation of Conditions of Service to payroll employees
- Compiling of all payroll inputs
- Preparing of weekly and monthly HR reports
- Filing and record keeping
- Attending to employees’ Welfare and related issues
- Advising on Labour related matters
- Doing job evaluations annually
- Several other human resources functions as advised by the supervisor
