A Private Hospital based in Lusaka is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Manager.
This position is responsible for initiating and implementing Human Resources functions of the Organization in improving the organization’s goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall HR management
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or equivalent.
- Knowledge on Zambia labor laws/ industrial relations
- Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management is a MUST
- 5 years post qualification experience
- Substantial experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience in working with Dove Payroll
