Caritas Mansa in Partnership with Catholic Relief Service (CRS/GIZ) seeks to recruit a high caliber and result-oriented person to fill the position of Nutrition Field Supervisor for a project called “ Food and Nutrition Security, Enhanced Resilience (FANSER)”. The project Overall Objective is to contribute to;

1. Eradicating hunger and malnutrition by creating access to sufficient, affordable and healthy food for all, and

2. Laying the foundation for enabling future generations to feed themselves despite a rapidly growing world population

1. Gender Animator

Job Purpose

• To support gender mainstreaming across Care Group activities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with the Care Group in supporting integration of gender in their service delivery
• Advising the programme team on gender related issues, concerns, trends and policies
• Conducting awareness meetings on gender matters
• Providing technical assistance to partners in assessing the strength of their approach to gender mainstreaming across the programme
• Attending gender meetings in the district

Required qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Gender, Women Empowerment, or related discipline such as Community Development
• Experience in handling gender related matters

2. Data Quality Clerk

Job Purpose

To enter data into FANSER  and SAVIX database. The job holder will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Information Management/Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Microsoft Access, excel, MS SQL Server, MySQL
• Minimum 2 years experience in data management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Paying attention to detail
• Good command of English
