You are warmly welcome to the Mulungushi University page and may I hasten to thank you for finding time to read through this page. At this juncture, allow me to inform you that Mulungushi University is the third public university in Zambia which came onto the Zambian higher education scene in 2008. Since then, it has grown in leaps and bounds and it is today recognized as one of the famous Universities both home and abroad.

As Mulungushi University, we pride ourselves in our RARE (Responsible, Accountable, Relevant, Ethical) value system which makes us indeed a RARE university. Arising from this unique RARE value system, we put high premium in producing graduates of high moral standing; that value humanity and that has respect for public resources, that is corrupt-free, and that is morally upright. And in order to inculcate these attributes into our students, we have a signature course that is mandatory to all our students as they enter their first year called “Sustainable Behaviour in Society”
