Pre – Medical Foundation Programme

GCE ‘O’ Level Credits or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and English Language.
Degree Programmes

Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB).

‘A’ Levels or equivalent in the following subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics.
Credit transfer from recognized Universities (transcript in natural science subjects is required).
A degree in Health related or Biological Sciences.

Health Sciences Programmes (BPharm, BSc Rad, BSc Physio)

‘A’ levels in Biology, Chemistry & Mathematics and Physics;
Credit Transfer from recognized university; transcript in relevant subjects of study required;
Diploma in relevant programme;
BSc. in Health related Sciences.

Nursing Progamme.

In-Service: Advanced Diplomas, Nursing Diplomas, Midwifery,
Direct Entry: Five Credits in English, any Science, Maths and any two other subjects.

Environmental Health Sciences.

In-service: Diploma in Public/Envir Health plus post-basic diploma.
Direct Entry: After completion of Pre – Medical Program (see above).
Completion of second year in Natural Sciences at UNZA with a pass.

Nursing Diploma Courses

Five O-Level credits in English, any Science, Maths and any two other subjects.
