Mission:
Under the supervision of the Sales Leadership team, the Management Trainees will work closely with the distributor’s Sales team to ensure the successful execution of the following:
- Achieve and monitor progress of redistribution values and volume targets
- Ensure product availability at all relevant channels and
- Achieve merchandising and display of products according to the Nestle guidelines and standards
- Implement and monitor promotions and produce reports as required
- Ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets
- Ensure the efficient use of Point-of-Purchase materials
The successful candidate will also work in coordination with the brand team on the following:
Commercial Plan Execution
- Execute Consumer Promotions
- Develop POSM (Point of Sales materials) to ensure impactful BTL (Below the line) execution
- Assist in developing digital content
- Assist in communication development for key brands as well as corporate campaigns
- Develop and test activation modules
Innovation and Renovation
- Competition landscaping and market size estimation
- Evaluate attractiveness of the category
- Assist in new product development cycle
Qualification:
- University degree in Marketing / Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be much appreciated
Candidate profile:
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English and French
- Valid driving license
