Palmridge Properties is looking for eager individuals looking to earn experience and money in the residential and commercial property markets. As a Sales Agent‚ your job will be to convince clients to buy the properties that we have as a company.
Please NOTE, the job is 70% fieldwork.
Key Duties:
- Source for clients.
- Following up on leads
- Selling plots
- Write sales reports on your existing clients
- Key Requirements:
- Ability to meet targets
- Ability to Understand customer needs and meeting the needs
- Good communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma in marketing or any related business program
- A sales and marketing background
- A valid driver’s license
- Good English speaking ability (including reading and writing)
- Good sales skills. Past experience in direct sales is an advantage
- Experience in real estate will be an advantage.
Successful applicants will get training and guidance to provide you with the most effective ways to convert your leads.
Note: The Job is Commission based with a fixed monthly allowance.
