RFP for professional services – Business Planning for Urban Sanitation Capacity Development

DAI, the implementer of the USAID-funded Water for Africa through Leadership and Institutional Support (WALIS) project invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to develop Business Plans for Urban Sanitation Capacity Development. DAI Global, in close collaboration with Eawag and the Zambia College for the Built Environment, is supporting the development of the “Building Consulting Capacity for City-wide Inclusive Sanitation.” The purpose of this assignment is for a consultant to develop a business plan that will ensure the sustainability and expansion of the training program developed under Eawag and existing course offerings by Zambia College for the Built Environment.

Upon selection of a competition winner DAI Global will issue a Firm Fixed Price Subcontract. While most of the WALIS team is based in the United States, work will be completed in Zambia in close collaboration with Eawag and the  College for the Built Environment. Questions on the RFP are due by Wednesday, May 8th, 2019 at 5PM EST / 11PM Lusaka and full proposals are due by Friday, May 17th at 5PM EST / 11PM Lusaka.
