Key Deliverables
- Practical understanding of the HR Business Partnership Model.
- Experience in developing HR policies and Procedures for the business.
- Proven experience in resolving complex employee relation issues and grievances.
- Ability to work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Management of employee attendance system.
- Ability to interpret HR policy to employees and the management team.
- Coordinate Training and Development Strategies.
- Coordinate Performance Management Process.
- Represent the company in case there are labour matters.
- Sound knowledge of current labour legislation
- Sound knowledge on employee Contracts of Service and related documentation
- Document Management

- 2 Years’ Experience in HR or Related Field
- Degree Holder in an HR or any Business Related Field
- Grade 12
