Entry requirements for postgraduate programmes
At least a Second Class Honours Degree from a recognized University in a relevant field will be required. Candidates are required to pass the UMU Graduate Admission Test (GAT) and have at least two years of working experience in the relevant field.
Please note that the Graduate Admission Test (GAT) will be conducted by invitation.
The University also offers:

All shortlisted applicants for E4IMPACT MBA will be required to submit additional information in support of their applications.
Application forms can be obtained either from the Registrar’s Office at the Main Campus, Nkozi or Kampala Office at Rubaga campus, or UMU Campuses/Branches at St Austin Social Centre Mbale, Bwala Social Centre in Masaka, Kabale, and Lira. Alternatively, it can also be downloaded from our website at www.umu.ac.ug. A non-refundable Application Fee of UGX 50,000 (excluding bank charges) should be paid on issue of the form.
