Student Login using Username and password
Username is student ID(Computer Number)
Default password is apex
- Click- Academic Details menu and complete filling in your Personal Data information. Add your Cell Phone number to receive registration notifications.
- Under Academic Details Menu Click – Select and Submit Courses – Select courses from the list available. Core Courses are already selected.
- After selection is complete, click on Submit for Approval – Once Clicked Registration Status changes from Not Registered to Awaiting For Approval
- For missing courses, extra courses or Visit Faculty Message, write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or see Assistant Registrar in your school.
- Click on Upload Deposit Slip menu to upload deposit slips from the bank after payment.
Note: For MOH and NAMIBIAN STUDENTS upload your Award Letter or Approved letter from the Ministry
Payments can be made by the student at any ZANACO branch using the bank details below:

- Once payments are made by the stuudent and meet the minimum required (currently 40% of tuition + all other fees), registration status automatically changes to “Registered”.
- The Student is then able to print a confirmation slip which is available under Academic Details Menu then Click – Print Confirmation Slip
